Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Kerten Hospitality residential sales strategies and branded residential projects across Africa, with a focus on Egypt, France, Zanzibar, and Morocco.
- Direct sales of high-value residential apartments and villas, including off-plan and long-cycle transactions, targeting international curated buyers.
- Manage and activate broker ecosystems across GCC, Europe, and Africa to maximize sales.
- Position "The House", "Cloud 7" and "Hosme" branded residences as lifestyle and investment products, addressing buyer concerns related to yield, legal frameworks, and resale potential.
- Curate and qualify interested buyers, ensuring the development of fitting communities on top of delivering on steep sales targets.
- Work closely with the developers / owners teams, as well as the Kerten Hospitality brand & commercial teams to align product positioning, pricing, and sales execution.
- Ensure strong familiarity with resort and emerging lifestyle communities and destinations, with the ability to position our Kerten Hospitality investment opportunities with credibility and confidence.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from client engagement through closing.
- Represent Kerten Hospitality at targeted sales events, roadshows, and client engagements, providing regular pipeline updates.
Experience & Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably within branded residences, resort developments, or lifestyle communities.
- Strong understanding of the branded residence ecosystem, including developer, operator, and brand dynamics.
- Demonstrated track record in selling high-value units (USD 300k to multi-million range), including off-plan and long-cycle transactions.
- Experience selling to international and cross-border buyers across GCC, Europe, and Africa.
- Solid knowledge of key product components such as owner usage models, rental programs, service charges, HOA structures, and branded handover standards.
- Strong relationships with clients in these markets and the ability to manage multi-market broker networks.
- Fluent English required; French strongly preferred; Arabic a strong advantage.
