- Lead strategy and policy development for Procurement, Contracts, Administrative Affairs, and Archiving.
- Manage end to end procurement (tenders, direct purchases, supplier management & contract awarding).
- Develop annual procurement plans aligned with budget and business needs.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE government laws and procurement regulations.
- Build and manage supplier relationships and vendor performance.
- Oversee archiving, documentation, and records management systems.
- Provide strategic support across all departments.
- Drive innovation, efficiency, and team performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in procurement, contracts & administrative affairs (government/semi government preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE procurement laws and tendering processes
- Proven track record in policy development and strategic execution
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Procurement, or related field (Master’s preferred)
