About the Role
Standard Chartered seeks an experienced Director, Market Products Specialist for the AME region to provide cross-asset structured product advisory and execution for relationship managers and investment advisors.

Responsibilities
- Provide cross asset Structured Product Advisory and Execution for RMs, Investment Advisors, and Investment Councillors
- Manage Ultra High Net Worth / Family office / EAM clients from a Structured Product Dealing and Advisory perspective
- Engage with UHNW customers, RMs, Investment Advisors, and Portfolio Advisors to identify Structured Product solutions
- Analyse client portfolios for product life cycle management
- Prepare and present trade ideas to Private Bank and Affluent Bank
- Build and manage lasting relationships with clients, RMs, Investment Advisors, and counterparties
- Represent Structured Product business on client, industry, and other forums
- Conduct new RM inductions and Structured Product Roadshows / Calls
- Execute trades efficiently and timely
- Attend RM and client meetings and participate in conference calls
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field
- Experience in banking or wealth management
- Derivatives and Structured Product experience (pricing, execution, marketing, sales)
- Effective communication and sales skills
- Well organized with high attention to detail
- Computer literate, competent in spreadsheet presentation
- Experience in Macros and VBA is a plus
- Strong work ethic and self motivation
- Basic analytical and technical skills

Job Summary
- Provide cross asset Structured Product Advisory and Execution for RMs, Investment Advisors, and Investment Councillors.

Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field preferred.
- Experience in banking, wealth management preferred.
- Keen interest in financial and equity markets.
- Effective communication and sales skills.
- Well organised, disciplined approach with high attention to detail.
- Computer literate and competent in spreadsheet presentation.
- Experience in Macros and VBA is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with high self motivation and initiative.
- Derivatives and Structured Product experience (pricing, execution, marketing, sales).
- Basic analytical and technical skills applicable to day to day operations.
- Knowledge in Excel.
