- Lead the execution of project workstreams, demonstrating expertise and identifying opportunities for process improvement

- Participate in industry events and associations to broaden professional connections

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management and business development, ideally within consulting or related industries
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience within the infrastructure sector, with exposure to energy, public sector, and/or capital projects across the Middle East region
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions
- Self starter with strong business acumen and a results driven approach
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Collaborative and team oriented mindset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interactions with senior management, clients, and colleagues
