- Fluent in English and Arabic (business level)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and solution orientation
- Detail oriented with strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Qualifications
- Saudi nationals.
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields from an accredited, high‑ranking university.
- Holding a minimum GPA of 3.75/5 or 3/4 (or equivalent).
- Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
- Strong in analytical thinking, problem solving and solution orientation.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Application and Assessment Process
- Applications accepted until 30 June 2026.
- Shortlisted candidates invited to virtual and in person interviews in July and August.
- Program starts early October 2026 and lasts 12 months.
