We are hiring a
Director – Digital Services
to lead the planning, development, and delivery of digital platforms, systems, and services.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving digital transformation, system integration, and service excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital services and related technical teams
- Define and execute digital strategies and operational plans
- Oversee development and management of digital systems, platforms, and applications
- Ensure system integration, data security, and compliance with digital government standards
- Manage infrastructure, software, applications, and technical services
- Drive continuous improvement, performance measurement, and service quality
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support organizational units with digital and technical solutions
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field
- Proven leadership experience in digital services / IT management
- Strong background in digital platforms, systems integration, and cybersecurity
- Experience with cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise systems
- Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
Preferred Certifications (Advantage)
- Cloud platforms (Azure / Oracle)
- Cybersecurity / Information Security (ISO, risk, privacy)
- Database, AI, or digital transformation-related certifications
