Role Overview

Lead data analytics consulting for the Americas region while supporting client needs and business opportunities globally.

The role focuses on project leadership, development of analytics and technology offerings, and thought leadership in data analysis.

Work covers regulatory, compliance, investigations, and business issues.

Data Analytics Consulting

  • Design qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to identify trends, red flags, and operational efficiencies.
  • Create dynamic visualization and monitoring dashboards for client risk areas.
  • Collect, aggregate, and analyse data from enterprise systems using structured work plans.
  • Build centralized data models from disparate sources and apply statistical methods to detect anomalies and patterns.
  • Advise on complex, high-profile, and multi-jurisdictional analytics matters.

Business Development

  • Lead presentations of data analytics capabilities for prospective corporate clients and law firms.
  • Support regional marketing, business development, and sales prospecting activities.
  • Prepare project proposals with budget, staffing, and time estimates.

Leadership and Delivery

  • Mentor junior team members and foster a productive, collaborative work environment.
  • Deliver accurate work on time throughout the project life cycle.
  • Manage client expectations, requirements, risks, and evolving client needs.
  • Support timely and effective stakeholder communications.

Requirements

  • Significant professional and technology experience in a relevant analytics, compliance, investigations, or advisory setting.
  • Knowledge of regulated industries and anti-fraud, investigations, anti-bribery, corruption, and regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced analytics experience across visualization, predictive modelling, data management, ETL, aggregation, and reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft SQL Server and structured-data analysis experience.
  • Experience managing clients, projects, proposals, estimates, and project plans.
  • Bachelor's degree and ability to travel internationally when requested.

Tools and Preferred Experience

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SAP, Oracle, or other database applications.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Python, SAS, ACL, VBA, Power BI, or Java is preferred.
  • Post-graduate degree or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, financial services, or insurance industries is relevant.
