- Identify and qualify new sales leads through direct outreach, networking, and referrals
- Conduct face to face and virtual meetings with potential clients to present products/services
- Listen to customer needs and present products that match their requirements
- Maintain a database of current and potential customers using CRM software
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales contracts to meet targets
- Gather feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Provide detailed daily/weekly reports on sales activities and forecasts
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Direct Sales Agent or similar sales role (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with a results driven approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- Arabic language required

Job Summary
- We are looking for a results driven Direct Sales Agent to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales leads through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Client Meetings: Conduct face to face and virtual meetings with potential clients to present our products/services.
- Needs Analysis: Listen to customer needs and present products that match their specific requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a database of current and potential customers using CRM software.
- Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales contracts to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the field regarding market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Reporting: Provide detailed daily/weekly reports on sales activities and forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Direct Sales Agent or in a similar sales role (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated with a results driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
- Arabic (Required).
Pay
- QAR4,500.00 QAR5,500.00 per month
