Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales in banking or financial services in Qatar
- Currently residing in Qatar with valid QID and transferable sponsorship
- Fluency in both English and Arabic

Role Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic, target driven Direct Sales Agent to join our retail banking team in Qatar. As a DSA, you will be the primary driver of customer acquisition outside of branch premises, conducting fieldwork across Doha and its suburbs. Your main goal is to promote and sell a range of ret
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and acquire new customers for CASA (Savings/Current Accounts) and term deposits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for unsecured and secured lending, including Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Auto Loans, and Mortgage Loans.
- Generate leads through door to door (D2D) sales, cold calling, networking, referrals, and participating in local promotional events.
- Cross sell third party products, such as life and general insurance, with a focus on Sharia compliant options.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present suitable banking solutions.
- Guide customers through the application process and ensure collection of all required documentation.
- Adhere strictly to QCB regulations and AML/CFT Law No. 20 of 2019.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate daily records of sales activities in CRM.
- Stay informed about industry trends and provide market feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales in banking or financial services in Qatar.
- Currently residing in Qatar with valid QID and transferable sponsorship.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Pay
- Pay: QAR8,000.00 per month
