Responsibilities
- Train staffs and ensure the standard of service and cleanliness are maintained as per HACCP standard
- Supervise service and interact with guests to ensure their needs are attended to in the best possible manner
- Ensure beverages security and minimum stock level are maintained at all times
- Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth operations
- Check areas to ensure that facilities are thoroughly cleaned and tables and chairs are appropriately set out
- Discuss operational difficulties & recommendation for promoting food & beverage outlets with line manager
- Train staffs in Safety, SOP, CCP and Hygiene
- Ensure adequate staffing to the service lines and control the portioning to the customers
- Check areas ensuring facilities are adequately cleaned and maintained in a neat and tidy manner
- Ensure that suite of furniture and linens at dining area are maintained
- Ensure glassware, crockery, cutlery, service trays, cruet sets and food menu meet the Dining Services standard at all times
- Ensure that every individual staff meet the grooming standard at workplace with clean shaved/trimmed hair and beard
Requirements
- University Qualification with minimum 1 years relevant experience OR High School Qualification with minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Previous work experience in Hotel/Restaurants as a Supervisor
- Good spoken and written English Language
- Managerial Skills Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow
- Computer Literature and POS knowledge preferred

Description
- In this interesting role, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling day to day operations of various outlets of cafe ensuring the standard of service and cleanliness are maintained.
- Ensure beverages security and controls stock levels and suggest for promotion of food and beverage outlets.
- Secure catering products (food and non food) and receiving them ensuring the right temperatures and in proper HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) standard.
