Role Overview

  • Alliance Prime is seeking a creative and results driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on site.
  • The ideal candidate combines strong SEO expertise with broader digital marketing capabilities — social media, search, content, email, and design — to bring our brand to life and drive measurable growth.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop and execute on page, off page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, meta data, site structure, and internal linking for search performance.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and report on key metrics.
  • Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategy accordingly.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (SEM/PPC) across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Write engaging, SEO optimized copy for blogs, ads, websites, and social posts.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns, tracking performance and engagement.
  • Monitor analytics across all channels and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align with overall brand strategy.

Graphic Design & Visual Content

  • Design eye catching graphics, banners, and visuals for social media, paid ads, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create and maintain branded templates, layouts, and visual assets across digital and print materials.
  • Edit images and produce short form visual content to support campaigns and brand storytelling.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Solid working knowledge of SEO best practices, including on page, off page, and technical SEO.
  • Hands on experience with SEO/analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar) and SEM tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, or similar, and a solid understanding of branding and layout principles.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
