About the Role
Alliance Prime is hiring a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to drive SEO, social media, paid ads, content, email, and design. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience, strong SEO knowledge, and proficiency in graphic design tools.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on page, off page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize website content, meta data, site structure, and internal linking for search performance
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and report on key metrics
- Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (SEM/PPC) across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Write engaging, SEO optimized copy for blogs, ads, websites, and social posts
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns, tracking performance and engagement
- Design eye catching graphics, banners, and visuals for social media, paid ads, and marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain branded templates, layouts, and visual assets across digital and print materials
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- Solid working knowledge of SEO best practices (on page, off page, technical)
- Hands on experience with SEO/analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush or similar)
- Hands on experience with SEM tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, or similar
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

- Alliance Prime is seeking a creative and results driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on page, off page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize website content, meta data, site structure, and internal linking for search performance
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and report on key metrics
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategy accordingly
- Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (SEM/PPC) across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to drive traffic and conversions
- Write engaging, SEO optimized copy for blogs, ads, websites, and social posts
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns, tracking performance and engagement
- Monitor analytics across all channels and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align with overall brand strategy
- Design eye catching graphics, banners, and visuals for social media, paid ads, and marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain branded templates, layouts, and visual assets across digital and print materials
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Solid working knowledge of SEO best practices, including on page, off page, and technical SEO
- Hands on experience with SEO/analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar) and SEM tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, or similar, and a solid understanding of branding and layout principles
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
