Responsibilities
- Coordinate campaign management and execution, managing end to end campaign lifecycles
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, search engines, display advertising, and paid media
- Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing and campaign calendars aligned with business goals
- Review marketing content across digital channels to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Track and analyze campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition metrics
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
- Facilitate regular campaign review meetings and status updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management
- Professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Advertising, or related disciplines
- Proven experience planning and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Experience creating and managing campaign calendars and marketing schedules
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and approving marketing content for digital channels
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Role Overview
- We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist for a leading semi government organization in Abu Dhabi.
