The Digital Marketing & Communication Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s digital marketing strategies, branding, and communication activities.
The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, improving online presence, generating leads, and ensuring effective internal and external communication across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
- Manage all digital platforms including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
- Create and oversee marketing content such as social media posts, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and improve brand visibility, online engagement, and lead generation activities.
- Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare marketing performance reports.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies for marketing materials and campaigns.
- Ensure consistency of company branding and communication standards across all channels.
- Develop communication plans for internal announcements, corporate events, and public relations activities.
- Handle customer engagement and online reputation management.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and corporate communication.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, Google Analytics, social media management, and online advertising platforms.
- Experience in content creation, branding, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing software/tools.
