Overview
- We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing and Communications Executive to join our Marketing & Communications team.
- You will assist in executing marketing strategies, managing media relations, creating engaging digital content, and supporting various marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage and grow social media platforms, creating engaging content.
- Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
- Assist in managing paid social media campaigns.
- Assist in developing and executing PR strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers.
- Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and coordinate media outreach.
- Track media coverage and evaluate success of PR campaigns.
- Help plan, organize, and execute promotional events and local collaborations.
- Assist in creation of press materials and digital content.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain understanding of hotel services to effectively communicate with guests and media.
- Regularly update media list and monitor industry news.
- Assist with guest and VIP coordination for media events.
- Analyze and report on performance of marketing campaigns.
