- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives within the marketing team
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
- Drive qualified lead generation while achieving CPL, CPA, and ROI targets
- Oversee website performance, UX/UI improvements, and landing page optimization
- Manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and automation workflows
- Develop SEO and SEM strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and online visibility
- Develop digital performance dashboards and track KPIs
Requirements
- 7 10+ years in digital marketing
- Mandatory experience working for a real estate developer in the UAE
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience managing monthly media budgets of AED 500K+
- Strategic and hands on approach
- Proven ability to manage and lead external agencies
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer acquisition

About the Role
- Ohana Development is seeking a Digital Growth & Transformation Manager to lead the digital growth and transformation of the company’s marketing ecosystem across corporate and project portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives within the marketing team.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Drive qualified lead generation while achieving CPL, CPA, and ROI targets.

Qualifications
- 7 10+ years in digital marketing, with mandatory experience working for a real estate developer in the UAE.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience managing monthly media budgets of AED 500K+.
- Must be both strategic and hands on.
- Proven ability to manage and lead external agencies.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer acquisition.
