Job Summary

  • Responsible for developing and executing creative digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across all Food & Beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials
  • Create innovative campaigns to promote restaurant offerings, special events, seasonal promotions, and new product launches
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, and digital advertisements
  • Oversee photography, videography, graphic design, and content production for F&B outlets
  • Coordinate content calendars and campaign schedules
  • Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Develop social media campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and customer loyalty
  • Manage website content, updates, and promotional landing pages
  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, engagement, reach, and ROI
  • Lead and mentor designers, content creators, photographers, and social media specialists

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative management, or brand marketing, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, SEO, and digital advertising
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and content management systems
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
  • Strong creative vision with attention to detail
