The role holder is responsible for managing Digital Communication Performance & Monitoring Management through effective plans and directions from management of Digital Communication Management.
The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Strategic And Managerial Responsibilities
- Participates in the development and implementation of Digital Communication Performance & Monitoring Management in line with the corporate objectives.
- Directs and manages the Digital Communication Performance & Monitoring Management mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
- Manages and controls change in Digital Communication Performance & Monitoring Management providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.
- Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Digital Communication Performance & Monitoring Management.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of websites and social media platforms to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Manage access controls to prevent unauthorized usage.
- Lead the implementation of standardized content models and brand-aligned messaging across digital channels.
- Conduct regular audits to evaluate compliance with ICR and cybersecurity standards, ensuring that alldigital platforms, systems, and operations adhere to regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Coordinate timely corrective actions with internal teams to ensure optimal user experience and alignment with brand expectations.
- Oversee the deployment and management of real-time monitoring systems to detect brand impersonation, fake accounts, misinformation, and reputation threats.
- Lead the daily tracking and analysis of campaign and platform performance using advanced analytics tools and KPIs.
- Monitor platform functionality and user satisfaction based on performance data, recommending enhancements where needed.
- Provide strategic insights and response recommendations based on sentiment analysis and trend monitoring to safeguard the brand.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to track audience sentiment and brand health, with automated alerts for emerging risks, crises, or engagement opportunities.
- Provide sentiment analysis reports to guide content and engagement strategies.
- Determine Marketing Effectiveness of social media communications by calculating investments performance indicators such as Return on Investment (ROI) and recommend adjustments
- Monitor relevant conversations on social media platforms, understand the underlying mood or sentiment and respond with a marketing strategy that influences sentiment favorably
- Monitor site performance, assesses user feedback and engages with visitors in accordance with Corporate relations principles
- Measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
People Management Responsibilities
- Defines goals and key performance indicators for members of the team and ensures effective application of the stc performance management process.
- Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Digital Communication Performance & Monitoring Management , in line with the business and operational plans.
- Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Digital Communication Performance & Monitoring Management.
- Performs other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by line manager
Years Of Experience
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Nature Of Experience
Prior experience in the corporate Digital Marketing, Communication, or marketing management in telecommunication industry.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Masters Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
