Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable, secure, and high performance infrastructure solutions
- Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into actionable architecture plans
- Build proof of concepts (POCs), technical demos, and implementation documentation
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and modern DevOps workflows
- Manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Docker Compose
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices
- Monitor system reliability and performance using observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful integrations and deployments
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and deployment related issues
- Support customer onboarding, technical workshops, and enablement sessions
- Gather technical feedback from enterprise users and contribute to product improvement discussions
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud native technologies, and infrastructure automation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with technical stakeholders
