We are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join a leading banking institution in Dubai for a 6-month contract. The role involves providing technical support for Windows, Mac, mobile devices, and troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues.

- Provide technical support for devices and platforms such as Windows 10, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Microsoft Surface
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless IT operations
- Manage and resolve tickets while adhering to SLAs and maintaining proper documentation
- Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of IT operations experience in large scale environments (4000+ users)
- At least 3 years of experience supporting IT operations within the banking sector
- Expertise in end user technologies and troubleshooting complex hardware/software issues
- Strong understanding of Avaya, Polycom, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and ITIL practices
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and customer oriented mindset
