Role Overview
The Designated Engineer is the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise and industrial customers.
The role deploys, maintains, optimizes, and enables adoption of the Nozomi cybersecurity platform.
The engineer works with professional services, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Technical Support teams.
In This Role
- Own customer relationships and provide operational support and platform optimization.
- Run health checks, tune sensor configurations, optimize alert generation, and guide upgrade rollouts.
- Design and implement features, integrations, dashboards, and custom queries for customer use cases.
- Create customer documentation, workflows, and use cases and deliver knowledge-transfer workshops.
- Investigate incidents, manage support cases and RMAs, and drive issues to root-cause closure.
