Role overview

The Delivery department is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide excellent support, resolve technical issues, and improve support processes with autonomy.

In this role

Provide post-sales break-fix support, consulting, and stakeholder collaboration to resolve technical issues.
Support infrastructure design, deployment, testing, verification, and optimization.
Drive customer interactions and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams.
Develop competency across the company’s product line and technologies.
Create and update knowledge-base content.
Understand critical account infrastructure and technical environments.
Provide enhanced support for critical accounts.
Replicate customer issues in a lab before escalating them internally.

Candidate requirements

Proven experience in customer-facing Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer roles.
