- Ensure operational activities are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
- Monitor operational performance and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality
- Support the development and execution of business strategies and operational plans
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure operational risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively
- Lead and mentor department heads, managers, and operational teams
- Support budget planning, cost control, and financial performance management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior management or executive leadership role
- Proven track record of managing large scale operations, multi site businesses, or complex service environments
- Experience driving organizational growth, transformation, and operational excellence initiatives
- UAE Driving License (Required)

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Deputy Chief Operating Officer (Deputy COO) to support the Chief Operating Officer in overseeing the organization's day to day operations, driving operational excellence, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring business objectives are achieved through effective management of operational functions, process optimization, performance management, and cross functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the COO in managing and overseeing the company's daily operations across multiple departments and business units.
- Ensure operational activities are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Monitor operational performance and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Support the development and execution of business strategies and operational plans.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure operational risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively.

- Foster a high performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
- Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and succession planning initiatives.
- Assist in developing leadership capabilities across the organization.
Financial & Commercial Oversight
- Support budget planning, cost control, and financial performance management.
- Monitor operational expenditures and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Review business cases, operational investments, and resource requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, regulators, and key stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in meetings, negotiations, and business engagements when required.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all business functions.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Support corporate governance initiatives and risk management programs.
- Oversee operational audits, compliance reviews, and corrective action plans.
Requirements
