- Follow all health, safety, and HACCP procedures
- Coordinate effectively with other kitchen and service team members
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required
Requirements
- Experience in preparing and cooking Turkish dishes
- Knowledge of hotel kitchen standards and HACCP procedures
- Ability to assist the CDP in daily kitchen operations
- Strong attention to consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section
- Good communication and coordination skills
