Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the pastry section and produce a range of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods in accordance with established standards, demonstrating technical proficiency and precision
  • Manage daily production schedules, inventory, and workflow whilst maintaining rigorous food safety and hygiene standards across all pastry operations
  • Monitor and control food costs, minimising wastage and optimising resource utilisation
  • Contribute to menu development in collaboration with senior kitchen staff and provide guidance to junior pastry team members
