Responsibilities

• Write daily requisitions for wine, dry store, food, and kitchen transfers with approval from the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
• Prepare food according to recipe specifications for portion size, quantity, and quality.
• Maintain consistent food preparation quality and stay updated on products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
• Organize mise en place production and service shifts with the Chef de Partie.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen colleagues to support efficient service delivery.
• Complete mise en place and food storage checklists and keep assigned areas, equipment, and utensils clean and organized.
• Review updates, attend daily meetings, and coordinate daily requirements, functions, and events.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification from an accredited culinary school.
• One to two years of kitchen experience.
• Completed kitchen apprenticeship.
