Role Responsibilities
- Prepare consistent food items for a la carte and buffet menus according to property recipes and standards.
- Check taste, temperature, visual appeal, quality, and portion consistency.
- Conduct regular quality checks on pastry products.
- Follow safety, health, security, loss control, food safety, HACCP, sanitation, and government requirements.
- Communicate with the team and respond to guest feedback.

Qualifications
- Candidates need 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in a five-star hotel is preferred.
- Candidates should understand food hygiene, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- The role requires working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, grooming standards, presentation focus, and attention to detail are expected.
