Overview

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Italian dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.

Support the Chef De Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and service requirements.

Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control standards are maintained at all times.

Prepare ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and mise en place for service efficiently and accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards and procedures.

Assist in monitoring stock levels and minimizing food wastage.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food products.

Support the team during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.

Maintain strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and culinary techniques.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations and exceptional guest dining experiences.

Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance culinary skills and operational knowledge.

Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude in all interactions.
