Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Support Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and mise en place efficiently.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food products.
  • Support team during busy service periods.
  • Maintain knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues for smooth operations.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives.
