Role Overview
Manage day-to-day operations and support for a data platform.
Coordinate operational, technical, and stakeholder activities to maintain service performance and reliability.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead incident triage, escalation, resolution tracking, and closure.
- Coordinate technical teams to resolve complex platform and distributed-system issues.
- Provide stakeholder updates, status reporting, and management communication.
- Report on incidents, SLAs, risks, open issues, and service performance.
- Maintain and improve SOPs, runbooks, support documentation, and escalation processes.
- Drive operational process improvement and service reliability.
- Maintain ownership and follow-through until issues are closed.
Role Requirements
- Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through until issue closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams on complex platform and distributed-system issues.
- Communicate timely updates and operational reporting to stakeholders and management.
