Job Purpose
Support implementation and enhancement of data governance practices covering data architecture, classification, lifecycle management, IAM, and open data.
Ensure alignment with NDMO and PDPL requirements, internal standards, group directives, data quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Key Functional Accountability
- Support enterprise data architecture aligned with business objectives and group data management standards.
- Monitor NDMO and PDPL domain maturity KPIs, identify gaps, and support improvement actions.
- Contribute to the IAM framework, policies, and controls.
- Implement data governance policies, standards, and guidelines aligned with regulations.
- Maintain data governance policies, procedures, and documentation in centralized repositories.
- Support data classification and lifecycle management for retention, archival, and secure disposal.
- Coordinate dataset identification, preparation, publication, and periodic open data updates.
- Review published open data and metadata for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
- Apply privacy and data protection controls to open data activities.
- Coordinate publication priorities with stakeholders and support transparency objectives.
- Support data governance and open data awareness initiatives.
- Identify data governance improvements based on regulatory developments, operational needs, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Preferred education field: computer science, information technology, information systems, data management, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
