About the Role
Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC is seeking a Data Entry Operator to manage high-volume documentation and data in the import/export logistics sector. You will input, verify, and update shipment records in ERP and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE customs standards.

Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update shipment records, invoices, customs declarations, and supplier/customer data into ERP and CRM systems
- Match physical documents with digital entries to ensure 100% data consistency across platforms and regulatory filings
- Flag and resolve discrepancies in shipment details, weights, codes, or pricing with Logistics and Procurement teams
- Generate daily/weekly data summaries and reports for Operations and Finance teams to support decision making
- Adhere to UAE customs documentation standards and maintain audit ready digital archives for all entries
- Support team workflows by preparing data exports, formatting spreadsheets, and maintaining folder structures for easy retrieval
Requirements
- Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation)
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent)
- Data validation and cross referencing
- UAE customs documentation familiarity
- Typing speed 45+ WPM
- Experience with TradeLens or other trade logistics platforms
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation
- Arabic literacy (for bilingual document handling)

About The Opportunity
