Data and AI Project Manager (Riyadh, SA)

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from the post-sales phase to completion through coordinating the needed resources, allocating budgets and measuring performance and deliverables.

Monitor the progress of ongoing projects including but not limited to tracking milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and addressing potential issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle

Oversee the handling of all project-related documentation while maintaining accurate records, updating project files and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately

Visit project sites regularly to oversee operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations and liaise with on-site teams to address any project-specific challenges

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Contractors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution

Foster effective communication and teamwork among team members to achieve project objectives efficiently

Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints and work closely with the Finance Department to manage project expenses effectively

Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies

Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and other relevant stakeholders

Play a pivotal role in identifying areas for process improvement within the project management framework and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality

Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership

Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan

Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and oversee development plans

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or any other related field
