Job Description

Client Engagement and Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI strategy and governance engagements across industries.
• Conduct AI maturity assessments across data, technology, talent, governance, and process dimensions.
• Define target-state AI maturity models aligned with business strategy and value realization.
• Design and implement centralized, federated, or hybrid enterprise AI operating models.
• Develop AI roadmaps with prioritized use cases, capability build-out plans, and investment strategies.

AI Governance and Risk

• Establish AI governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and controls.
• Advise clients on responsible AI, model risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Define AI lifecycle management processes covering development, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Support AI risk and control frameworks aligned with global standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders across business, IT, risk, and compliance.
• Facilitate workshops to align on AI vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Translate complex AI concepts into business-relevant insights and recommendations.

Practice Development

• Contribute to AI strategy and governance offerings, methodologies, and thought leadership.
• Support proposals, client pitches, solution shaping, and other business development activities.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of AI maturity models, operating models, and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, including fairness, explainability, transparency, and accountability.
• Experience with AI risk management, model governance, and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to bridge business strategy and technical implementation.
• Strong project management, team leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex engagements in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 5-10 years of consulting experience focused on AI or analytics strategy, digital transformation, or technology advisory.
• Proven experience delivering AI strategy, operating model, or governance engagements.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data ecosystems, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience in a Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm.
• Exposure to global AI regulations and standards, such as the EU AI Act and model risk guidelines.
• Certifications in AI, data, or risk management, such as PMP, CISM, or equivalent.
