Consultant/Senior Consultant - Internal Audit (Bilingual Arabic Speaker)

Role Overview

Internal Audit Delivery

• Identify and evaluate client risk areas across significant processes.
• Contribute to risk-based annual internal audit plans.
• Develop audit programs, procedures, risk assessments, and Risk and Control Matrices.
• Manage audit procedures by defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing evidence, and documenting processes.
• Communicate engagement results through written reports and oral presentations to leaders and client management.

Business and Team Development

• Assist engagement directors with identifying new services and opportunities at existing or prospective clients.
• Prepare and track proposals and participate in proposal meetings.
• Develop and engage the team through individual contacts and group meetings.
• Assist with hiring, training, and evaluation of practice personnel.
• Support the overall development and growth of the practice.

Experience and Qualifications

• Three to six years of experience in internal audit, consulting, advisory, professional services, or a related field.
• Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment is required.
• CA or CIA qualification with a commerce background and industry specialization is preferred.
• Experience with next-generation internal audit solutions such as continuous controls monitoring, process mining, or analytics is preferred.

Skills and Attributes

• Bilingual Arabic speaker.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, presentation, project management, client relationship, and time management skills.
• Ability to think laterally, demonstrate business acumen, and solve business problems through rigorous analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in teams while maintaining professionalism under stress.

Location and Travel

• Selected personnel will be based at the Abu Dhabi, UAE office.
• Travel and flexibility to work in other locations are essential to meet client requirements.
