Role Overview
The Consultant will work in the Capital Projects and Construction practice.
The role performs technical audits and project assurance for capital projects and real estate developments.
The position provides independent assurance on design, quality, cost, schedule, contractual requirements and project controls.
Technical Audits and Compliance
- Conduct technical audits of civil and structural construction works at project sites.
- Verify compliance with applicable codes, standards, project specifications and approved drawings.
- Identify non-conformances, technical gaps and construction risks.
Quality and Construction Review
- Assess workmanship quality for concrete, steel, foundations, earthworks and finishing works.
- Evaluate construction methodologies, sequencing and adherence to approved procedures.
- Check material quality, testing records and inspection reports.
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare detailed audit reports with observations, risk ratings and recommendations.
