About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly Billing & Booking Forecasting with proper analysis
- Prepare Quarterly Order Booking Forecasts for Procurement, Production Planning, and Sales Planning
- Share monthly booking breakdowns with the Sales Director and follow up with MSPs & OPT to meet monthly targets
- Follow up on SMT updates with ASMs/MSPs
- Finalize lead times with Sales Planning quarterly
- Assist Sales Team with short delivery and premium orders and confirm deliveries
- Review Sales Orders for multipliers, budget numbers, etc.
- Prepare Monthly & Annual Sales Presentations
- Work with the Sales Director on Annual Budget & Target Setting
- Share monthly/quarterly/annual billing & booking forecasts with CCPD
- Conduct monthly Backlog Analysis
- Review modification requests submitted by Sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Commerce
- Data Analytics experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in HVAC industry or Manufacturing is highly preferred
- Project Planning experience is strongly preferred
- Strong expertise in process improvement, operations, and logistics management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strategic planning capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Skilled in preparing presentations and analytical reports
- Ability to identify and implement new processes for efficiency improvement

About the Company
- To monitor business performance (booking & billing), streamline sales processes, and support the Sales Team in achieving departmental targets. The role acts as a key interface between Sales and Planning and is responsible for generating essential analytical reports for management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or Commerce.
- Data Analytics experience.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience in HVAC industry or Manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Project Planning experience is strongly preferred.
