Job Purpose
To support the Finance function by providing accurate data analysis, structured reporting, dashboard development, and performance insights across commercial, financial, and operational areas.
The role acts as a key data provider and analytical support partner for Finance and management, ensuring reliable information is available to support decision-making, performance tracking, forecasting, risk identification, and business planning.
The role covers recurring reports, management dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, and cross-functional data requests, including but not limited to sales, margin, collections, customer activity, category performance, regional/unit performance, inventory-related analysis, and other business performance indicators as required.
Key Responsibilities

- Data Intelligence Center – Setup & Operations
- Support the build-out of the Centralized Data Intelligence Center under the Finance function.
- Develop and maintain a standardized reporting framework across Sales, Categories, and Management, ensuring consistent data definitions, sources, and formats.
- Implement structured reporting systems that eliminate the need for daily manual data preparation by the sales team.
- Ensure all reports and dashboards are accessible, accurate, and updated on a regular cadence.
2. Business Performance Reporting
- Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as required by Finance and management.
- Track key business performance indicators, including but not limited to sales, margin, collections, customer activity, category performance, regional/unit performance, SKU performance, inventory-related indicators, and other required measures.
- Provide visibility across different reporting dimensions such as region, unit, salesperson, customer, category, brand, SKU, and other business dimensions as needed.
- Compare actual results against targets, forecasts, and historical data based on agreed reporting formats.
- Highlight variances, unusual movements, missing data, or exceptions.
3. Dashboards and Management Reporting
- Develop, update, and maintain dashboards and management reports that support business and financial performance tracking.
- Prepare data packs, summaries, charts, and tables for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc business reviews.
- Maintain standardized report formats, formulas, templates, and reporting timelines.
4 Commercial And Financial Data Support
- Prepare reports covering commercial and financial areas such as sales trends, margin performance, collections, customer movement, product performance, profitability indicators, and other areas assigned by Finance.
- Provide accurate data and supporting schedules to Finance and relevant stakeholders for review and follow-up.
- Support recurring and ad-hoc analysis requests by consolidating data from multiple sources into clear, organized reports.
5. Data Quality & Governance
- Validate data sources and report outputs before submission.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of all data inputs, flagging discrepancies.
- Work with system users and ERP teams to maintain data integrity across reporting sources.
- Maintain documentation of data definitions, report structures, and update schedules.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, financial reporting, or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience using ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting streams and meet recurring deadlines with high accuracy.
