Contract & Commercial Manager

The Contract & Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing the contractual and commercial aspects of contracting projects of AUTOLINK CONTRACTING LLC from tender stage through project completion and final account settlement.

The role will ensure effective contract administration, commercial control, risk management, cost optimization, and protection of the company’s contractual and financial interests.

The position will work closely with the Project Management, Estimation, Procurement, Finance, Planning, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, approved budgets, and commercial objectives.

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from pre-award/tender stage through execution, completion, and final account.
• Review and administer main contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and commercial agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, conditions, notices, and submission requirements.
• Monitor contractual milestones, deliverables, obligations, and potential liabilities.
• Review contract terms and identify commercial and contractual risks before project commencement.
• Manage contract correspondence, notices, claims, variations, extensions of time, and other contractual matters.
• Maintain proper and up-to-date contract records and documentation.

• Take overall responsibility for the commercial management of assigned projects.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, revenues, margins, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Prepare and review monthly commercial reports, forecasts, cost-to-complete, and project financial projections.
• Monitor commitments, subcontractor costs, procurement costs, variations, and potential commercial exposures.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of interim payment applications and certification.
