- Design and drive AI transformation programs, reimagining business and technology functions
- Bring industry expertise in driving data & AI value driven use cases in Banking & Capital Markets
- Collaborate with senior leadership and C level stakeholders to define and execute data & AI strategy
- Prioritize AI use cases aligned to value potential and strategic objectives
- Lead and mentor cross functional teams across strategy, architecture, engineering, and delivery
- Contribute to go to market activities, solutioning, proposal development, and capability building
- Oversee end to end delivery of complex data projects
- Keep abreast of latest developments in data management, cloud computing, and big data technologies
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data & AI solutions, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role
- Proven track record of architecting and implementing large scale data solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Deep technical and industry expertise in Generative AI, cloud computing, emerging data/AI platforms and AI driven use cases in Banking & Capital Markets
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to translate business objectives into a clear data & AI strategy
- Understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices
- Excellent project and program delivery skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel and work within Canada
- University degree required
- English required

Here's What You Need
- 7+ years of experience in data & AI solutions, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role.

- Previous experience within the consulting industry.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field with focus on Generative AI, Agentic AI or cloud computing.
- Experience in sectors such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
- Relevant certifications in solution architecture or data governance.
Compensation
- Base pay range for British Columbia/Ontario: CAD 108,800 to CAD 220,400 per year.
