- Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional solution designs
- Lead fit gap analysis and recommend best practice D365 SCM solutions
- Configure and support key D365 modules including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain/Logistics
- Prepare functional design documentation, process flows, and solution specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams on customisations, integrations, workflows, and data migration
- Support system testing, UAT, issue resolution, and go live activities
- Deliver end user training and post implementation support
- Drive business process improvement and operational efficiency across supply chain workflows
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM / Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX
- Strong functional expertise across Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, and Supply Chain/Logistics
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and supply chain best practices
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user enablement
- Ability to prepare functional specifications for technical development and integrations
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant to support ERP transformation initiatives.
- The role is ideal for a hands on consultant with strong experience in solution design, business process optimisation, system configuration, and end to end D365 implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional solution designs.
- Lead fit gap analysis and recommend best practice D365 SCM solutions.
- Configure and support key D365 modules: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain/Logistics.

- Work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Required Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM / Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX.
- Strong functional expertise across Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and supply chain best practices.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user enablement.
- Ability to prepare functional specifications for technical development and integrations.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Microsoft D365 certifications preferred.
- Experience in multi company / multi warehouse environments.
- Exposure to Power Platform, Power BI, workflow automation, or reporting solutions is advantageous.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall delivery environments.
