Job Description

Specific Responsibilities

• Perform account administration, eDiscovery, incident response, waiver and policy assistance, and cybersecurity technology implementation.
• Coordinate with suppliers on technical security solutions and make recommendations to management.
• Develop, maintain, and audit major computer security systems.
• Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of workstations, servers, and local area networks.
• Maintain user accounts and upgrade systems and software as required.
• Operate security equipment and protect sensitive unclassified information and cryptographic methods.
• Mitigate threats and vulnerabilities affecting corporate and client data.
• Provide technical support, training, and timely system data recovery to end users.
• Oversee computer security incident investigations and assist with cybersecurity initiatives.
• Conduct protection measures and create tools for system vulnerability assessments.
• Represent cybersecurity interests on project teams and internal committees.
• Oversee client, server, and infrastructure security procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 15 years of professional cybersecurity experience, including at least five years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Advanced knowledge of network security, threat analysis, and incident response procedures.
• Proficiency with firewalls, SIEM systems, and intrusion detection systems.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, vulnerability management, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience with security auditing, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in firewall configuration, network segmentation, and access control implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and decisive security judgment.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in security documentation and technical report writing.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with cloud security platforms and hybrid security architectures.
• Knowledge of penetration testing and ethical hacking methodologies.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools.
• Understanding of encryption technologies and data protection mechanisms.
• Experience with digital forensics and malware analysis.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements specific to the Middle East region.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian compliance standards and regulations.

Certifications and Domain Expertise

• CISSP or an equivalent certification is preferred.
• CEH or a similar advanced security certification is listed.
• CCNA Security or a comparable networking security certification is listed.
• Domain expertise includes enterprise security, information security management, and risk management.
