- Act as overall lead for cybersecurity risk and compliance engagements, ensuring successful delivery of objectives, timelines, and quality
- Own and drive execution of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programs across complex enterprise environments
- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to multidisciplinary teams delivering cybersecurity risk and compliance services
- Serve as primary point of contact for senior business, technology, and security stakeholders
- Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments, control effectiveness reviews, compliance activities, and risk treatment initiatives
- Ensure risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges are proactively identified, managed, and escalated
- Lead stakeholder workshops, governance forums, and management discussions
- Review and validate key deliverables, reports, and recommendations prior to executive presentation
- Drive continuous improvement of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance practices
- Mentor and support consultants and junior team members
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in delivering cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs within Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Critical Infrastructure sectors
- Proven experience leading large scale cybersecurity risk and compliance programs within complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrated track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Ability to manage competing priorities, stakeholder expectations, and delivery risks in dynamic environments
