Role Overview
Support customer implementations as a CrowdStrike Professional Services Engineer with 3–4 years of cybersecurity experience.
Apply hands-on CrowdStrike Falcon expertise to endpoint onboarding, configuration, policy tuning, troubleshooting, and security integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure CrowdStrike Falcon across customer environments.
- Perform endpoint and sensor onboarding for Windows and Linux systems.
- Configure Falcon security policies, prevention controls, exclusions, and detection settings.
- Monitor and investigate endpoint security alerts and assist with incident response activities.
- Support EDR/XDR implementation and optimization.
- Troubleshoot sensor installation, connectivity, policy, and operational issues.
- Assist with SIEM, SOAR, and other security platform integrations.
- Support implementation, migration, upgrade, and optimization projects.
- Develop technical documentation and implementation procedures.
- Collaborate with SOC, security, infrastructure, and customer teams.
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to customers.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of cybersecurity or information security experience.
- Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon.
- Practical knowledge of EDR/XDR and endpoint security.
- Experience deploying and managing endpoint agents or sensors.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with security policies, exclusions, detections, and alert investigation.
- Understanding of SIEM integration and security operations.
- Basic PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting knowledge is advantageous.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer-facing capability.
