- Maintain project documentation including charters, schedules, risk logs
- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure adherence to governance policies
- Coordinate with project owners to gather information and update status
- Consolidate reports on project quality, schedule and cost to management
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify issues and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related technical discipline
- Knowledge of information security processes and technologies
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NESA, PCI DSS, SWIFT and other information security standards
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
- UAE National only

Role Purpose
- Reporting to the Head of IS Programs and Projects, the Cyber Security Associate supports governance and execution of information security programs and projects across ADIB.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for creating purchase requisitions and following up for timely approval.
- Responsible for collecting completion certificates to ensure goods/services receipt is recorded.
- Supporting administration of project financial reporting and reviewing department budget.
- Maintaining project documentation including charters, schedules, risk logs and approvals.
- Conducting periodic reviews to ensure adherence to governance policies.
- Raising concerns to the head where governance risks are identified.
- Coordinating with project owners to gather information and update status.
- Consolidating reports on project quality, schedule and cost to GISD management.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to identify issues and suggest improvements.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of information security processes and technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of program and project lifecycle, methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or any related technical discipline.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NESA, PCI DSS, SWIFT and other information security standards and regulations.
