Role Overview
Charger Logistics is seeking an organized and motivated Customs Coordinator to support paperwork, customer inquiries, customs documentation, and administrative logistics operations.
The position is based at the company's Brampton office.
Weekend coverage is required.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries by phone and email.
- Coordinate paperwork with other departments.
- Assist accounting with invoices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Maintain driver files and fleet documents.
- Help drivers obtain signatures on Bills of Lading and complete manifests.
- Prepare and process ACE, ACI, PAPS, and PARS customs documentation.
- Compile and review customs invoices, certificates of origin, and related documents.
- Enter orders into the system and maintain customer portals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, policies, correspondence, and weekly client or internal reports.
- Complete other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- College diploma or degree.
- Previous administrative, logistics, and service experience is an asset.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Good time management with ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Weekend coverage is required.
