Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of new customers, including collecting documentation and setting up accounts
- Create and maintain customer records in SAP
- Receive, review, and process customer orders in line with company procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm order details, pricing, availability, and delivery
- Support customers with order status updates, delivery information, invoice queries
- Assist project managers with customer related documentation and administrative follow up
- Maintain customer files, records, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices
- Support preparation and submission of customer documentation including vendor forms and compliance documents
- Escalate customer issues, delays, or missing information to relevant manager
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to support material delivery to project sites
Requirements
- Minimum 8 10 years' experience in customer support, project coordination, operations coordination, sales support, or order management
- Experience dealing with contractors, suppliers, and customers
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, orders, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in construction, fit out, data centers, MEP, infrastructure, manufacturing, or technical supply environments (preferred)

Key Purpose of the Role
- Support customers from onboarding through order processing, documentation, and ongoing service.
- Act as key coordination point between customers, contractors, suppliers, site teams, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of new customers, including collecting required documentation and setting up customer accounts.
- Create and maintain customer records in SAP.
- Receive, review, and process customer orders in line with company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm order details, pricing, availability, delivery requirements, and documentation.
- Support customers with order status updates, delivery information, invoice queries, and general requests.
- Assist project managers with customer related documentation, order information, status updates, and administrative follow up.
- Maintain customer files, records, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Support preparation and submission of customer documentation, including vendor forms, compliance documents, delivery paperwork, and project related records.
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are handled in a timely manner.
- Escalate customer issues, delays, or missing information to the relevant manager or project manager.
- Provide professional and timely communication to customers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Support continuous improvement of customer support, order processing, and documentation processes.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 8 10 years' experience in customer support, project coordination, operations coordination, sales support, or order management.
- Experience dealing with contractors, suppliers, and customers.
- Strong communication and follow up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, orders, and priorities at the same time.
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare trackers, reports, meeting notes, and action logs.
- Customer focused mindset with a professional and responsive approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in construction, fit out, data centers, MEP, infrastructure, manufacturing, or technical supply environments.
- Experience coordinating deliveries, site requirements, contractor activities, or project documentation.
- Familiarity with materials such as raised access flooring, containment systems, cages, ceilings, or data center fit out products.
- Experience using ERP, CRM, or project tracking systems.
