- Input, update, and maintain accurate customer, project, and opportunity data within the CRM system
- Support Sales and Engineering teams with timely data entry and system updates
- Ensure consistency and standardisation of CRM data across all users and regions
- Track and maintain sales pipeline information including leads, opportunities, and project stages
- Perform regular data cleansing to remove duplicates and ensure data integrity
- Generate standard reports and dashboards to support commercial decision making
- Assist with CRM administration tasks including user support and system updates
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Commercial teams to align CRM usage with business processes
- Support bid tracking, project logging, and documentation within the CRM
- Provide sales support including order processing, documentation management, and coordination with internal teams
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business, Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
- 2 4 years experience in CRM, sales support, or administrative roles
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot)
- High attention to detail with strong data accuracy focus
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools

About the Role
- The CRM Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Sales and Engineering teams by ensuring accurate, timely, and structured data management within the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain accurate customer, project, and opportunity data within the CRM system

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Degree or diploma in Business, Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
- 2 4 years experience in CRM, sales support, or administrative roles
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot)
- Experience supporting sales or technical teams is desirable
- High attention to detail with strong data accuracy focus
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple inputs and priorities
- Good understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
- Proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement
