Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments
  • Meet KPIs such as response time and customer satisfaction

• UAE National (Emirati)

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
  • Basic computer skills
