About the Role
AW Rostamani is hiring a Customer Service Representative (UAE National) to manage rental activities at a location in Abu Dhabi. The role involves achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, handling rentals, and coordinating with various departments.

Responsibilities
- Manage all rental activities at the rental location
- Provide all customers the best rental experience by adopting best market practices
- Consistently achieve Sales Targets by optimizing vehicle utilization
- Liaise with various departments to ensure vehicles are available on time
- Provide Short Term Rentals to customers on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis
- Collect outstanding payments from customers
- Comply with rental procedures such as check out and check in with proper documentation
- Close the register and keep measure as per audit report
- Manage Customer Satisfaction Index KPIs
- Attend to customers’ requests and ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Liaise with Service Scheduler for service requests (accidents, breakdown, repairs)
- Handle customer complaints with positive approach
Requirements
- Graduate degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Pleasing personality and good communication and inter personal skills
- Resilient and able to manage difficult situations
- Team player

Job Purpose
- Managing all the rental activities at the rental location and performing the tasks as per the guidelines of the management
Job Responsibilities
- To provide all customers the best rental experience by adopting the best market practices
- To consistently achieve the Sales Targets by striving hard to optimize the utilization of vehicles
- To liaise with the various depts to ensure that the vehicles are available on time, to provide the customers a seamless transaction
- To provide the best customer service that would improve the brand image and enhance the loyalty of our customers
- Providing Short Term Rentals to customers for Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis by strictly following the company’s guidelines without compromise
- Collection of outstanding payments from the customers which includes all the rental and non rental charges
- To comply with the rental procedures such as check out and check in by adhering to the proper documentation policy
- Closing the register and keeping a measure as per the audit report
- Customer Satisfaction Index – To manage all the KPIs well to ensure good CPI results
- Responsible for attending to customers’ various requests and to ensure that the vehicles are delivered to customers within the stipulated time
- Liaising with the Service Scheduler to take care of customers’ service requests for all type of services such as accidents, breakdown, repairs etc
- Liaising with the respective workshops to get vehicles serviced/repaired on time and to improve TAT
Educational Qualification
- Graduate
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Competencies
- To possess a pleasing personality and good communication and inter personal skills
- To be resilient and able to manage difficult situations
- To be a team player is a must
